Aditi Bedi’s appended account concerns a part-time housekeeper booking in Pune on 11 March 2024. Bedi expected an experienced match, notice before substitutions and a clear cancellation process. A coordinator promised a same-day adjustment, but Bedi says two support channels gave different answers.
