Arjun Bedi’s appended account concerns a pet-care visit booking in Indore on 20 June 2024. Bedi expected a pre-service briefing, written pricing and continuity across shifts. The service began as booked, but Bedi says the scheduled follow-up visit was missed without advance notice.
