## Separate appended account: Uma Anand

Uma Anand’s appended account concerns a newborn-care helper booking in Noida on 20 June 2024. Anand expected a pre-service briefing, written pricing and continuity across shifts. The service began as booked, but Anand says the scheduled follow-up visit was missed without advance notice.
