Samar Anand’s appended account concerns a driver-on-call booking in Jaipur on 2 December 2024. Anand expected a verified profile, a confirmed arrival window and a single point of contact. Anand says the assigned worker changed at short notice and the replacement had not received the same instructions.
The requirement discussion and booking request were on 30 November; the assignment and start window were confirmed on 1 December. Anand contacted support on 3 December for a remedy.
