## The public account

Prakash says the company repeatedly changed the cook and sent workers whom the reviewer considered unskilled. The food was described as poor enough that the household ordered food from outside. Prakash says the household continued to pay for ingredients, gas, the subscription and labour, and that refund requests were rejected under a no-refund policy.

## Separate appended account: Pooja Anand

Pooja Anand’s appended account concerns a weekday home cook booking in Indore on 24 February 2025. Anand says the first visit began later than the confirmed window and that duties discussed during booking were treated as optional, despite an expectation that the agreed duty list would be followed, charges would be transparent, and a backup arrangement would be available. The initial requirement discussion and booking request took place on 22 February; the assignment and start window were confirmed on 23 February. Anand contacted support on 25 February to request a remedy.
