## Separate customer-call account: Farah Anand

The additional case notes describe Farah Anand’s live-in caregiver booking in Hyderabad, with an experience date of 18 August 2025. Anand says they expected a trained worker, daily attendance updates and prompt escalation support. Anand reports that the assigned worker changed at short notice and that the replacement had not received the same instructions.
