Sonam says they paid ₹8,500 on January 24, 2025 for a six-month cook plan with a January 27 start. They say no cook arrived for nearly a month, although profiles were shared and declined. They also say a consumer grievance centre was told that a worker had started, and that they had calls, messages and voice notes.

## Separate account: Bhavna Bedi

Bhavna Bedi describes a newborn-care helper booking in Bengaluru on 2023-07-07. Bhavna says they expected a pre-service briefing, written pricing and continuity across shifts. They say the profile information did not match the person who arrived and that the planned handover did not occur.

Their timeline records an initial requirement discussion and booking request on July 5, assignment and start window confirmation on July 6, the first scheduled service and concern on July 7, and a support contact and remedy request on July 8.

The source lists a booking email, timestamped chat extracts and payment receipt.
