What this site currently collects
Broomees Reviews is currently served as static pages. The site does not provide user accounts, an application database, analytics, or tracking cookies. No submission form is configured. A hosting provider may process basic request information to deliver the pages; the hosting service and its logging practices have not yet been selected for launch.
Submissions and editorial material
If a submission route is enabled, its page should explain what information is requested, why it is needed, who may review it, and how to proceed before any details are sent. The intended approach is to ask only for information needed to understand and assess an account, limit access to people involved in editorial review, and seek agreement before using an account publicly.
Supporting records and unpublished account details are not part of the public site or its source repository. The exact storage arrangements and retention period have not been set. Please do not send sensitive information until an enabled submission or contact route explains how it will be handled.
When a story is published
A published story may include an agreed display name and relevant account details. Published pages can be copied, indexed by search engines, or retained in third-party caches. We intend to minimize personal details and discuss attribution with a contributor before publication. Read the editorial policy for the proposed sourcing and correction process.
Third-party forms
A Google Form has not been configured and there is no active submission form. If a form is added later, the submission page will explain whether it is embedded or opens on Google before you provide information there. Google's own privacy terms will apply to information entered into its form.
Questions about privacy
You may ask about a privacy concern or request a correction to published personal information using the publication's contact channel when one is available. At the moment, no contact address is configured. See the contact page for current availability.
