Separate customer-call account: Deepa Anand

The additional case notes describe Deepa Anand’s driver-on-call booking in Hyderabad, with an experience date of 13 January 2023. Anand says they expected a verified profile, a confirmed arrival window and one point of contact. Anand reports that the first visit began later than the confirmed window and that the duties discussed during booking were treated as optional.

The chronology begins with a requirements discussion and booking request on 11 January 2023. The assignment and service window were confirmed on 12 January. The first scheduled visit took place on 13 January, and Anand recorded the concern. On 14 January, Anand contacted support and requested a remedy. The notes list a booking email, timestamped chat extracts and a payment receipt as supporting material. Support logged the issue and said a supervisor would call back; Anand says the callback did not arrive that day.

Anand says they accepted a partial adjustment and arranged the remaining support independently. The outcome was last checked on 27 March 2023. The account was posted on 8 March and updated on 13 March 2023, with a timeline note added later. The notes cross-reference two entries concerning delayed arrival notices in the same city.
