Gaurav Ranjan describes nanny profiles and unanswered refund requests

Ranjan says a three-month plan produced two nanny profiles with no experience and that his requests for selectable profiles and a refund went unanswered.

The experience

Gaurav Ranjan’s LinkedIn comment says that after he paid for a three-month plan, Broomees shared two nanny profiles that he describes as having “zero experience.” He says the company stopped responding when he asked for profiles he could choose from. Ranjan also says his refund requests received no response. The comment appeared on Abhinay Jain’s post and was displayed as “11mo” when the source was collected.

Separate customer-call account: Anika Anand

The additional case notes describe Anika Anand’s newborn-care helper booking in Noida, with an experience date of 8 June 2024. Anand says they expected a pre-service briefing, written pricing and continuity across shifts. Anand reports that the service began as booked, but a scheduled follow-up visit was missed without advance notice.

The chronology begins with a requirements discussion and booking request on 6 June 2024. The assignment and service window were confirmed on 7 June. The first scheduled service took place on 8 June, and Anand recorded the concern. On 9 June, Anand contacted support and requested a remedy. The notes list a work schedule, payment confirmation and escalation email as supporting material. A coordinator offered to rearrange the next visit but, according to Anand’s account, did not address every point in the message.

Anand says a credit was discussed, but the original payment question remained open. The outcome was last checked on 9 August 2024. The account was posted on 21 August and updated on 2 September 2024, adding the replacement offer while retaining the earlier account of the first visit. The notes cite another nearby-area report involving a missed follow-up visit and a disputed cancellation charge.
