The experience
Tester4089’s App Store review, dated 30 March 2025, says a maid confirmed more than a week in advance did not arrive. After follow-ups, a worker was eventually provided, but the reviewer says that worker could not communicate in the language requested. Tester4089 says a refund was denied and a replacement promised, but no replacement had arrived after several days. The review states that the service was in Bengaluru. The listing also contains a developer response inviting the reviewer to contact support.
Separate customer-call account: Leela Anand
The additional case notes describe Leela Anand’s newborn-care helper booking in Kolkata, with an experience date of 6 August 2025. Anand says they expected a pre-service briefing, written pricing and continuity across shifts. Anand reports that a coordinator promised a same-day adjustment, but they received different answers from two support channels.
The chronology begins with a requirements discussion and booking request on 4 August 2025. The assignment and service window were confirmed on 5 August. The first scheduled service took place on 6 August, and Anand recorded the concern. On 7 August, Anand contacted support and requested a remedy. The notes list a service confirmation, call log and two photos of the attendance register as supporting material. The company offered a replacement window and asked for more time to review the charge.
Anand says a credit was discussed, but the original payment question remained open. The outcome was last checked on 28 September 2025. The account was posted on 22 October and updated on 1 November 2025, adding the replacement offer while retaining the account of the first visit. The notes link it to posts discussing coordinator handoffs during the same quarter.
