The experience

After moving within Pune, Chirag requested a worker at the new location. They say repeated requests and reminder calls did not result in a placement, and they received only standard email responses. The additional case notes describe Naina Anand’s pet-care visit booking in Bengaluru, with an experience date of 10 April 2023. Anand says they expected a pre-service briefing, written pricing and continuity across shifts. Anand reports that the first visit began later than the confirmed window and that the duties discussed during booking were treated as optional.

The chronology begins with a requirements discussion and booking request on 8 April 2023. The assignment and service window were confirmed on 9 April. The first scheduled service took place on 10 April, and Anand recorded the concern. On 11 April, Anand contacted support and requested a remedy.
