Separate account: Deepa Bedi

Deepa Bedi describes a pet-care visit booking in Noida on 2024-03-23. Deepa says they expected a pre-service briefing, written pricing and continuity across shifts. They say the assigned worker changed at short notice and the replacement had not received the same instructions.

Their timeline records a requirement discussion and booking request on March 21, assignment and start-window confirmation on March 22, the first service and concern on March 23, and a support contact and remedy request on March 24.

The source lists the pre-booking profile, a support-ticket transcript and bank-transfer reference.

A coordinator offered to rearrange the next visit but did not address every point. Deepa says a credit was discussed while their original payment question remained open.

Deepa Bedi’s account was last checked on 2024-05-29. The account was posted on May 27, 2024; updated June 5, 2024. An update added the replacement offer and retained the original account of the first visit. The supplied notes point to a separate customer account about replacement timing and another note about billing explanations.
